  • How old do I need to be to rent a van from 1st choice Vehicle Rentals?

    You need to be aged between 25- 69 for our vehicle insurance, although drivers outside the above requirements, please contact us direct to see if we can arrange cover.

  • What documents do I need to bring when picking up the rental van?

    To pick up your rental van, you will need to bring a valid driver's license issued in your country of residence, a major credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit, and any of the following bank statement, passport, or utility bill in the last 3 months or in the valid billing year.

  • Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

    Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation, subject to our rental policies. Please refer to your rental confirmation or contact our team for details regarding modifications, cancellations, and any applicable fees.
