To pick up your rental van, you will need to bring a valid driver's license issued in your country of residence, a major credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit, and any of the following bank statement, passport or utility bill in the last 3 months or in the valid billing year.

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental agreement. Additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver and present their valid driver's license at the time of pick-up. Please note that an additional driver fee may apply.

Our rental vans come with basic insurance coverage included in the rental price. 

We understand that plans can change, and delays can happen. If you anticipate returning the van later than the agreed-upon drop-off time, please inform us as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional charges, and they are subject to availability and the terms of your rental agreement.

Our rental vans are typically permitted for travel within the UK. If you plan to travel internationally, please inform our team during the booking process, as additional insurance and documentation may be required.

We allow 200 miles per day free of charge then 15 pence per mile charge thereafter.
